The kid helmet use the high-impact engineering ABS plastic shell, in order to make as light as possible helmet for kids, we try best to minimize the hard shell thickness, with plenty of in house testing and data collection, we developed the thinnest hard shell but passed penetration with 1 meter height. The impact-absorbing EPS from the advanced in-molding technology, we have detailed and carefully to test and choose the best EPS density, the proper EPS density we used to protect kid's head not only getting impacting from exterior of helmet but also the internal shocking with the stiff EPS. We feature the removable visor for this kid helmet that provide protection from the rain and sunshine and make sure the safety during riding, the short brim can be remove if you do not need or could replace it with a google. We have designed full fabric wrap on bottom of EPS that makes more decent feature, it protect the EPS from slightly scratch or pinch during using, and it is invisible when EPS getting some dents and make sure good appearance. The 14 ventilation keep extremely cool when riding and we also featured the high-end cool mesh padding provide the perfect fit with large head coverage and it helps the cool feeling from heat press technology.
